Class styles are designed to meet you exactly where you are — whether you're stepping onto a mat for the first time or deepening a longtime practice.

Zen

Expect an easy warm up and a smooth sequence sprinkled with longer-held stretches designed to melt away tension so you can relax and completely unwind... The perfect happy medium.

Yin Yang

A beautiful blend of movement and stillness. This class begins with a slow, intentional flow to connect you with your breath and body. As the practice unfolds, we transition into calming restorative postures, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to relax deeply.

Rise & Shine

This mellow morning class provides time and space to unravel with some of the more accessible yoga postures and mobility-focused movements so you can start your day just right and carry on with a calm mind and peaceful heart.

Healthy Hips

As the namesake suggests, the focus is all things hips — mobility, strength, and alignment for the biggest joints in our bodies so we can stay healthy and active.

Slow Flow

Slowly journey through poses typically taught in a Vinyasa flow. Designed with the beginner yogi in mind -helping build knowledge and confidence- but offering a unique challenge to the experienced practitioner as well.

Boot Camp

A group fitness class structured so each participant meets themself exactly where they're at. Choose your own level of intensity — all exercises can be done with bodyweight alone, or with dumbbells (provided). Monday & Wednesday are full body workouts, Fridays we target the lower body.

Everyone is welcome — no pre-booking necessary.

A 90 minute Restorative practice guided by Chelsea as Kristi quietly moves through the room to perform hands-on adjustments and mini massages — given your permission of course — to help deepen your relaxation and connection to your own self awareness.

You'll be given time to settle and relax into each posture while hearing and feeling the vibration of singing bowls played softly and intermittently throughout the class.

You'll be lulled into a peacefully sweet savasana with the sound of an ocean drum, and the grand finale will be a sound bath with both gong and singing bowls to bring you back to awareness.
