This class begins with a slow sequence that will help to calm your mind and smooth out the edges of your breath then move into some deeper stretches to relax your muscles and soothe your soul. You'll feel like you're defying gravity when you leave the studio.

"ZEN"

Wednesdays 12:05-12:55PM
Timed to fit into your lunch break we'll start with an easy warm up before transitioning into a gentle vinyasa flow sprinkled with some juicy stretches designed to open the meridians of your body so you can softly unfold and unwind. 

"FREEDOM FLOW"

Thursdays 7:00-8:00PM
Anything goes in this fun, flowy vinyasa class. It's a real mixed bag of balancing postures, sun and moon salutations, inversions and peak poses that will all help to lengthen your hammies and open your heart. Prepare to be moved!
