Weekly Class Schedule

(Monday 7:00-8:15PM)
A perfect blend of restorative and yin. We'll utilize beautiful music, soft lighting and gentle postures to help release deeply held tension from the body and mind to float you into a completely blissful state for the rest of your evening.

(Tuesday 6:00-7:00PM)
Anything goes in this fun, flowy vinyasa class. It's a real mixed bag of balancing postures, sun and moon salutations, inversions and peak poses that will all help to lengthen your hammies and open your heart.

(Thursday 10:00-11:00AM)
We start with a gentle vinyasa to warm the body before moving into some deeper stretches and longer holds designed to open the meridians of your body so you can softly unfold into complete relaxation.

(Saturday 10:00-11:00AM)
Push your limits in this dynamic, full spectrum class that's meant to get you to stretch, twist, bend and sweat your way to a total reset for your body and mind.

(Sunday 11:00-12:00AM)
Learn and refine your skills in this alignment based slow flow. Each week we'll pause and explore different postures giving your body time to understand the shape and your mind time to recognize the benefits making it easier to access that pose the next time.

"April Beginners Series"
(Thursday 5:15-6:15PM)
This 4 week beginner series is the perfect opportunity to ramp up your yoga practice. Whether you're brand new or you want to dust of the cobwebs, this series is a great way to start a new healthy habit before summer hits.
