Weekly Schedule:
Sundays 10:00-11:15 AM
A very mindful practice with a mixture of gentle movements and pranayama (breath work). This class is meant to 'recharge your batteries' and 'fill your cup' so to speak with a real food for the soul kind of feeling to help you transition smoothly into the week ahead.

Mondays 7:00-8:15 PM
This class consists of a gentle, slow sequence that will help to calm your mind and smooth out the edges of your breath.  We'll also relax into some deeper stretches to release your muscles and soothe your soul. You'll sleep like a baby tonight, I promise... cross my heart and everything.

Tuesdays 5:45-7:00 PM
This well rounded combination class aims to align your breath, body, mind and spirit. We start slow and build up to a steady rhythm of strong postures to help develop your focus. About halfway through we drop a gear, move into a softer practice, and eventually finish with a glorious cool down that will send you into a well-earned savasana.

Wednesdays 12:00-1:00 PM
A nice mid-week class timed to fit into your lunch break. We'll start with an easy warm up before transitioning into a smooth flow sprinkled with juicy stretches designed to help melt away the tension from your body so you can softly unwind and relax.

Wednesdays 7:00-8:15 PM
Slow down, relax deeply and get your stretch on in this 75 minute soft Yin class. As you may or may not know Yin yoga is practice of patience and surrender with long held, supported postures coupled with gentle breath practices all designed to help open and release the muscles and tissues of your body. Your mind will also quite likely experience the effect of slowing down and letting go. Layers of clothing are recommended for additional levels of comfort.

Whether you are new to meditation or have already realized it's benefits, this class is for you. You will be professionally guided through breathwork that is effective in activating the chakras and inviting energetic releases from the body while generating a blissful state of mind. There is a resting interlude with beautiful sound for integration followed by a gentle yoga series that will help ground and revitalize the physical body. You will leave feeling lighter and refreshed.
Bring a cozy throw or shawl for relaxation and cushion/pillow if you wish. Mats and bolsters are available, and chairs if required.

Thursdays 5:45-7:00 PM
Flow ~ quite possibly the most loved, most accepted style of asana practice in modern, western world. This class is meant to energize you and encourage the connection of breath with movement. We use playful, creative sequences to build strength, stability, balance and flexibility while holding grace and compassion for ourselves as the highest priority. Although is it a powerful and challenging class, the 75 minutes allows us to always wind down and close sweetly and blissfully.

Fridays 7:15-8:15 & 9:00-10:00 AM
Fridays just got even better! Whether you have the day off or you want to sneak in a yoga class before work we've got 2 options to help you set the tone for your day. This calm, smooth happy-medium class is just what you need on a Friday morning. Plus we have offer FREE fresh coffee, hot chocolate and a selection of teas after class, just bring a travel mug with your pre-loaded cream/sugar/etc. and take it for the road as a reminder of your morning achievement!
