Weekly Schedule
"YOG-EASE" 
Mondays 7:00-8:15PM
This class begins with a slow sequence that will help to calm your mind and smooth out the edges of your breath before moving into some deeper stretches to relax your muscles and soothe your soul. You'll feel like you're defying gravity when you leave the studio.

"YIN YANG FLOW"
Tuesdays 4:00-5:15PM
A dynamic mix of sweat and spirit to tone your body and unravel your mind! This combination class starts with the first half of class being a playful vinyasa that will challenge your strength and cardio and in the second half we slow it down with a sequence of deeper stretches that will send you into a blissful well earned savasana.

"ZEN"
Wednesdays 12:05-12:55PM
Timed to fit into your lunch break we'll start with an easy warm up before transitioning into a gentle vinyasa flow sprinkled with some juicy stretches designed to open the meridians of your body so you can softly unfold and unwind. 

"FREEDOM FLOW"
Thursdays 5:30-6:30PM
Anything and everything goes in this fun yet challenging vinyasa class. It's a real mixed bag of balancing postures, sun and moon salutations, inversions and peak poses that will all help to lengthen your hammies and open your heart. Prepare to be moved!

"BENDY BLENDER"
Fridays & Saturdays 10:00 - 11:00AM
This is a blend of a slow vinyasa sequence with all your favorite shoulder, back and hip stretches added to the mix. It's like a piña colada, or one of those other fancy blender drinks that we wish would never end... bottoms up ;)
