Weekly Class Schedule

"POWER FLOW"
Sundays 10:00-11:00AM
A dynamic mix of sweat and spirit to push your physical limits and challenge your mind to stay present. The music is awesome, the atmosphere is happy and you'll leave feeling amazing and wondering where the hour went! •level 3

"ZEN"
Sundays 11:15-12:15
We start with a gentle vinyasa flow to warm the body before moving into some juicy stretches designed to open the meridians of your body so you can softly unfold into complete relaxation.  •level 2

"YOG-EASE"
Mondays 7:00-8:15PM
Begin with a slow, easy sequence that will help to calm your mind and smooth out the edges of your breath. Then switch over to some deeper stretches designed to relax your muscles and soothe your soul. You'll feel like you're defying gravity when you leave the studio.  •level 1

"ZEN"
Wednesdays 10:00-11:00AM

"BUSINESS MEETING"
Wednesdays 12:07-12:52PM
This class is catered to beginners, office workers and anyone who wants a good mid-week stretch and stress relief without breaking a sweat so you can get back to your (work)day feeling refreshed in body, mind and spirit. Plus, if anyone asks you can tell them you were in an important meeting!  •level 1

"FREEDOM FLOW"
Thursdays 6:00-7:00PM
Anything goes in this fun, flowy vinyasa class. It's a real mixed bag of balancing postures, sun and moon salutations, inversions and peak poses that will all help to lengthen your hammies and open your heart.  •level 2-3
