Weekly Class Schedule

"DUALITY"
Sundays 10:00-11:00AM
Strike a balance between effort and ease; stability and comfort; strength and flexibility. The class is designed to build both physical and mental resilience through proper alignment and posture depth.  With a strong focus on intentional, powerful, and mindful movements this slower paced powerful class makes it great for beginners but still offers a serious challenge to more experienced yogis.

"ZEN"
Sundays 11:15AM-12:15PM
We start with nice easy warm up before transitioning into a gentle vinyasa flow sprinkled with some juicy stretches designed to open the meridians of your body so you can softly unfold into complete relaxation.

"YOG-EASE"
Mondays 7:00-8:15PM
Begin with a slow, easy sequence that will help to calm your mind and smooth out the edges of your breath. Then switch over to some deeper stretches designed to relax your muscles and soothe your soul. You'll feel like you're defying gravity when you leave the studio.

"RISE AND SHINE"
Tuesdays 7:00-8:00AM
What better way is there to start your day than with a sweet vinyasa flow? Nothing crazy here, it's just what you need on a tuesday morning, I promise.

"ZEN"
Wednesdays 10:00-11:00AM

"BUSINESS MEETING"
Wednesdays 12:07-12:52PM
This class is catered to beginners, office workers and anyone who wants a good mid-week stretch and stress relief without breaking a sweat so you can get back to your (work) day feeling refreshed in body, mind, and spirit. Plus if anyone asks you can tell them you were at a business meeting ;)

"FREEDOM FLOW"
Thursdays 6:00-7:00PM
Anything goes in this fun, flowy vinyasa class. It's a real mixed bag of balancing postures, sun and moon salutations, inversions and peak poses that will all help to lengthen your hammies and open your heart. Prepare to be moved!
