CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:


"ZEN"
Expect an easy warm up and a smooth sequence that's sprinkled with a few longer-held stretches designed to melt away any tension so you can relax and completely unwind.  This class is the perfect "happy medium" 🪷 

""RESTORATIVE"
Your body and nervous system will 100% benefit from this class no matter what your experience level is. Expect a calm atmosphere, slow relaxed movements and a peaceful vibe. 

"BOOT CAMP"
A group fitness class that's structured in a way that allows each participant to meet themselves EXACTLY where they're at.  You choose your own level of intensity; there's no pressure, just an awesome workout and a kick @$$ playlist 🎶 

"RISE & SHINE"
This mellow morning class seeks to provide the time and space for you to simply unravel with some of the easier, more accessible yoga movements and poses so you can carry on your day with a calm mind and peaceful heart 🤍

"ROOTS"
A set sequence that allows students to slow down and tap into their inner guidance and wisdom - as well as measure their progress. It's a grounding practice designed to invoke strength, stability and resilience through a mixture of postures. You'll be encouraged to work with your breath while polishing your awareness and focus ✨

"FLOW"
Energize your senses with this dynamic flowy class that aims to tick all the boxes with a creative sequence that is sure to ignite your spirit! You'll have the BEST savasana after this class 💤

"BOOTY CAMP"
I'm sure you could figure this out on your own, but just in case;
it's Boot Camp - specifically targeting the 🍑

"HEALTHY HIPS"
As the namesake suggests, the focus of this class will be all things hips.  We may go beyond regular yoga postures with different movements that increase mobility and help strengthen and align the biggest joints in our bodies so we can stay healthy and active 🤸

"SLOW FLOW"
With precise queueing you'll slowly journey through poses that are typically taught in Flow. It's designed with the beginner yogi in mind, to help build your knowledge and confidence but it offers a unique challenge to the experienced yogi as well.

"WOMEN'S CIRCLE"
This offering is for Women. Please join us in Sacred Circle, to honour & celebrate ourselves and sisterhood. We will explore practices designed to cultivate presence, belonging, and embodied expression through activities such as: ceremony, breathwork, intentional sharing, movement, meditation, chant, sound bath and more.

The exchange is by cash donation- offering what feels aligned with the value you receive and within your current means.

Space is limited to 12 women to preserve intimacy and depth of experience.
